Municipal Law

One of the traditional core areas of the firm has been municipal law. For example, we have represented municipalities including Branchburg Township, Raritan Borough, North Plainfield Borough, Far Hills Borough, Bedminster Township and Somerville Borough for extened periods over the past fifty years. While we are best known for representing municipal governments and their boards and commissions, we also represent other governmental agencies, and we represent businesses and individuals in their dealings with governmental entities. Of course, we will not represent clients in governmental matters in those municipalities where we represent a governmental agency.

We presently represent the following governments and governmental entities:

Califon Borough (Hunterdon County);

Hillsborough Township Zoning Board of Adjustment;

Somerset-Union Soil Conservation district;

Union Township (Hunterdon County) Planning Board (a combined planning board and zoning board of adjustment).
